Finally I’m back from the trip to Pollachi.Quite a nice with the exception of the travel that was like hectic and continuous. Never thought there was so much to see. Anyways that’s a different story that I’ll blog about in NetFacade.
The preparation bug seems to have set in big time. I have’nt touched or worked out any kinda problem in the last 5 days and that’s disheartening although I do sincerely hope that the vacation has rejuvenated me. Anyways I’m gonna take up a couple of section tests today.
Alright took the GMAT Math Test BIN -2 from the Princeton Review, scores ain’t impressive need to work more on the Probability sections.
Anyways the score is as follows:
| TEST Provider | Test Number | Max Score | My Score |
|---|---|---|---|
| Princeton Review Cracking GMAT | GMAT Math BIN 2 | 27 | 22 |
Anyways I’m bugged
big time the preparation can be frustrating especially if ur someone like me 4 years out of college, IQ levels at an all time low anyways there ain’t anything that practice can’t fix. So stay optimistic.
P.S The Bugs a reminder not to slack ![]()
Don’t know what’s with me and these cute icons just love em.
One feature that’s kinda useful for clearing the memory is a small trash can icon like the one below that clears up the memory.
Check it out the IntelliJ style
This is a neat feature simple, sweet and much needed.

Checkout this URL:

Ok after much deliberation finally decided that i am going to go 100% all out for the GMAT.
But this time I intend to Clear it at least with a score of something like 7XX or something.
The main idea behind this here blog is kind of consolidate my learnings, experiences about GMAT. Also tracking progress made through the course of the preparations. Yup gonna blog em all.
Took up the Math Test in the Princeton Review Cracking GMAT book. This book kinda helps build up the confidence levels.
Got this book a couple of months back and it also has some accompanying online Tests.
Anyways in the Math Test BIN – 1 got a score of 20/28 could have well been 24 crappy and simply lousy mistakes but hey it’s all a part of the learning.
So here the tracking table:
| TEST Provider | Test Number | Max Score | My Score |
|---|---|---|---|
| Princeton Review Cracking GMAT | GMAT Math BIN 1 | 28 | 20 |
I’m starting off with my GMAT test preparations now and will be taking the test sometime in March – April 2008.

I’ve never used WordPress before and i figured hey why not give it a shot and I kinda like it too. I ain’t comparing it with Blogger but hey it’s different.

Got the official guide and the preparations are kinda inconsistent attributing to my wayward style of study, but I’m working on getting a pattern going.
Prior to referring to the Official Guide i was using the Princeton Review nice book with some useful strategies.
Took up a mock test actually it’s GRE math from http://score800.com
Here’s the first tracker:
| EXAM Provider | Test Type | MAX Score | My Score |
|---|---|---|---|
| 800 Score | GRE Math | 28 | 19 |
And this … is 43 percentile yup pathetic indeed.
So I’ve decided to track the progress of the preparations with a new blog and crib about it too. I ain’t comparing it with Blogger but hey it’s different.
Anyways the Blog is GMAT Preparations, tracking my preparation score and assessing where i stand in my preparations at any given point in time.
Downloaded the GMATPrep(Tm) from http://www.mba.com and I’m finding my way around it.
